It should not come as a surprise that the new Chevrolet Tahoe as a whole and the 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe Premier are very fuel efficient. The average fuel efficiency was found to be 14 mpg overall and the testers were not able to reach the 20 mpg in their 75 mpg test on the highway. In the test, the Tahoe was able to reach 19 mpg on the highway, which is not too shabby, but not impressive enough.
The price of the SUV also gets higher with the options, and trust us, these options are too good to ignore. In fact, you can easily purchase the massive Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 with just a few thousand dollars more than the fully-loaded Tahoe that can cost as much as $65,085.
Verdict
The Tahoe comes with standard eight seat configuration, however, the third-row seats are cramped and really not suitable for adult passengers, unless they like to sit with their knees up to their chest.
If you don’t have the use for the third-row seats then you can always choose to fold them down and increase your cargo capacity, but it is really not the vehicle for the people who are looking for a larger and more spacious option that is fit for a large family.
