Terms of Service

Summary

1. Our agreement

These Terms of Service ("Service Terms") apply to services provided by [Placeholder: legal business name], trading as Crecso ("Crecso", "we", "us", or "our"), to you as a client ("you" or "client").

Your agreement with us is made up of:

1. any signed agreement or statement of work between us;
2. the quote, proposal, or order you accept (the "Order"); and
3. these Service Terms.

If these documents conflict, they apply in that order, so a signed agreement takes priority over an Order, and an Order takes priority over these Service Terms. Use of our website is covered separately by our Terms and Conditions.

Our services are provided to businesses and professionals, not consumers. By placing an Order, you confirm that you are acting for business purposes and are authorized to bind your organization.

2. Services covered

• Guest posting and link building: finding suitable publishers, pitching editors, writing or editing articles, and securing placements, including by country and by industry.
• Content marketing: content strategy, research, briefs, and writing for your own website.
• WordPress services: development, maintenance, care plans, and WordPress SEO.
• White-label services for agencies: any of the above delivered without Crecso branding for resale to the agency's clients.

The exact scope, quantities, targets, and timelines are those in your Order. Work not in the Order is out of scope and will be quoted separately.

3. Quotes and orders

We provide quotes after reviewing your requirements. Published package prices on our website are a starting point; the price in your Order applies. An Order is confirmed when you accept it in writing (email is fine) and, where required, make the payment described in section 8.

We may decline any Order, including work in niches or for websites that publishers or applicable law restrict, or that we believe could harm our publisher relationships.

4. Guest posting and link building

Approval before outreach

Before we contact publishers, we share proposed sites with information such as the domain, Domain Rating, estimated organic traffic, and topical relevance. You approve each site before outreach begins.

Content

By default, we research and write the article. You can also supply your own content, which we edit to meet the publisher's standards; pricing may change accordingly. We share articles and anchors for your approval where your Order provides for it.

Publishers are independent

Publishers are independent third parties. They make their own editorial decisions and may edit, delay, reject, or change an article, its title, its images, or its links, including link attributes such as nofollow or sponsored. Publication dates depend on their editorial calendars.

Timelines

Most placements are completed 10 to 21 days after brief approval, but timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the niche and the publisher.

Replacement cover

Your package states the length of replacement cover: 30 days for the Starter Pack and 90 days for the Authority Pack and other packages that include it, unless your Order says otherwise. During that period, we monitor each placement. If a link is removed without cause or the article fails to be indexed, we replace it on a comparable publisher at no extra cost.

Replacement cover does not apply where the removal or problem is caused by you, for example, if the linked page is taken down, redirected, or changed substantially, if you ask for the link to be changed or removed, or if your website or content breaks the publisher's policies or the law. No ranking guarantees

Search rankings are decided by search engines and depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue. We commit to the placement quality, approval process, reporting, and replacement cover described in your Order.

5. Content marketing

Deliverables, quantities, and revision rounds are as set out in your Order. You are responsible for reviewing content for accuracy about your own business, products, and claims, and for approving it before publication. Content for regulated topics, such as health, finance, or legal subjects, should also be reviewed by a qualified person on your side.

6. WordPress services

• Development projects are scoped and quoted in advance. Changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately before we start them.
• Maintenance, care plans, and SEO services run month to month. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect [Placeholder: for example, at the end of the current billing period].
• Access. You give us the access we need to your website, hosting, and related accounts. You keep full access to your site, backups, and credentials at all times. We recommend changing or revoking our access when the engagement ends.
• Risk. Updates, backups, and security monitoring reduce risk but cannot remove it entirely. You remain responsible for your hosting account, third-party licenses, and your own backups unless your Order says we manage them.

7. White-label and agency terms

For agency partners, we deliver work and reports without Crecso branding, and we can sign a non-disclosure agreement. The agency remains responsible for its relationship with its own clients, including their instructions, approvals, payments, and compliance with these Service Terms, and for telling its clients about our role where the law requires it.

8. Fees, payment, and refunds

Fees are as stated in your Order. We can invoice in your currency where agreed. Fees exclude applicable taxes, which are added where required.

9. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information, timely approvals, and the access we need. Delays on your side may extend timelines.
• Make sure your websites, products, and any content or materials you provide are lawful and that you have the rights to use them.
• Make sure the claims about your business in content you approve are accurate.
• Comply with laws and platform rules that apply to your own marketing, including advertising disclosure rules.

10. Intellectual property

• WordPress work: once you have paid the related fees, you own the custom code, designs, and content we create specifically for you. Third-party themes, plugins, and libraries remain subject to their own licenses.
• Content for your website: once you have paid the related fees, you own the content we write for your website.
• Guest post articles: articles are written for publication on the approved publisher's website. After publication, the publisher's terms govern the article.
• Our materials: we keep ownership of our own tools, templates, processes, publisher relationships, and know-how.

We may describe the type of work we do in general terms, but we will not name you as a client without your permission, and we never disclose white-label clients.

11. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform the agreement, except where disclosure is required by law. This does not apply to information that is already public or was lawfully obtained from someone else. A separate non-disclosure agreement, if signed, also applies.

12. Warranties and disclaimers

We will perform the services with reasonable skill and care and in line with your Order. Apart from that and the replacement cover in your package, the services are provided without other warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Metrics such as Domain Rating and traffic estimates come from third-party tools and are estimates. See our Disclaimer.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, rankings, traffic, data, or goodwill; and
• our total liability arising from an Order is limited to [Placeholder: for example, the fees you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim].

Nothing in these Service Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Ending an engagement

Either of us may end an engagement if the other seriously breaches these Service Terms and does not fix the breach within a reasonable time after written notice. Monthly services can be canceled as described in section 6. When an engagement ends, you pay for work completed up to that date, and [Placeholder: how prepaid fees for work not yet started are handled]. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability, survive after the engagement ends.

15. Events outside our control

Neither of us is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as outages of third-party platforms, changes by publishers or search engines, natural disasters, or government action. We will tell you promptly and work to limit the impact.

16. Governing law and disputes

17. Changes to these terms
